Praetorian builds software for payments. Its first product, Praetor, checks ISO residuals, calculates agent payouts, and prepares reporting for sponsor banks.

Praetor is software for ISOs (independent sales organizations) in card payments and the sponsor banks that oversee them. It checks the residuals a processor pays an ISO against the ISO's agreement, ties every figure to the processor's file and the bank deposit, and flags underpayments with the evidence and the dispute deadline. From the same numbers it calculates what the ISO owes each sales agent and produces statements that show the math.
